Check-in / Check-out

• Check-out: until 12:00 PM

Note: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please notify at least 12 hours in advance for arrivals between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Alcohol Policy

Thai guests must be at least 20 years old to consume alcohol and present a valid photo ID.

Age Policy

Guests booking and staying independently must be at least 18 years old with a valid photo ID or passport.

Check Cashing Policy

Checks of any kind are not accepted.

Currency Fluctuations

Credit card payments are processed in Thai baht (THB) based on the daily exchange rate. Currency conversions by banks or card issuers are not controlled by the hotel.

Dress Code

Please dress appropriately when visiting restaurants and public areas.

Early Check-out Policy

Guests may change check-out dates without penalty if allowed by their rate plan. Prepaid reservations follow their specific terms.

Early Arrival Policy

Early check-in is available subject to room availability. Please notify 12 hours in advance if arriving between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Cancellation / Prepayment Policy

• Free of charge if cancelled ≥ 3 days prior to the check-in date.
• 100% charge if cancelled < 3 days prior to the check-in date or in case of no-show.

Some prepaid or promotional rates may carry stricter terms; when terms differ, the stricter policy applies.

Environmental Policy / Green Program

Guests are encouraged to extend towel usage to support the Green Program.

Extra Bed Policy

• One extra bed allowed per room for an additional fee.
• One baby cot (for children under 2 years) provided free, subject to room type.
• Guests exceeding occupancy without requesting an extra bed may be charged THB 500 per person per night.

Facilities Terms

Fitness center and pool are available only for registered guests, members, or per-use payments.

Family Policy

• Max occupancy: 2 adults + up to 3 children.
• Children under 12 stay free (breakfast excluded).
• Children 12+ are counted as an additional guest.

ID Card Required

A valid photo ID or passport is required at check-in.

Late Check-out Policy

• 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: 50% of room rate.
• After 5:00 PM: 100% of room rate.

Pet Policy

No pets allowed. Fine: THB 2,000 or equivalent damages (whichever is higher).

Payment Policy

International credit cards accepted. The card used for booking must be presented at check-in.

Restaurant Policy

• No outside food or drinks.
• No pets.
• No smoking inside or around restaurants.

Smoking Policy

• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Smoking in public areas: THB 2,000 fine.
• Smoking in non-smoking rooms: THB 5,000 fine.

In-Room Food Policy

Durian and mangosteen are not allowed in rooms. Guests may consume them at the pool area.
